We were welcomed on arrival and explained everything about the Villa. We were also given a welcome package of lots of nice food and drink treats which was a really nice touch especially after a long drive.
The place was clean and had everything you need of you want to cook including basic seasoning. We were also left a supply of mineral water, tea and coffee. Beautiful surroundings.
Not a lot to do in immediate area and you do need a car of you want to go anywhere, as there is a limited choice of restaurants. However if you want peace and quite and a beautiful view its worth booking.
We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the villa matching the description, as well as having a laundry room as well which was a nice bonus.

Beautiful scenery/lookout, A/C in all rooms, Refrigerator w/Ice Dispenser, Generous Patio Setup, large Pool, very clean, enough spare towels and bed linen, Washing Machine & Dryer, super warm welcome incl Food/Wine basket, perfect hospitality-just arrive and enjoy!!!

Loved our stay here. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The views are fantastic as you are so high up. A car is essential.

Great host that made sure to stay up until very late to check us in, we had a basket full of goodies given to us on arrival and a full box of the best pastries dropped of 2 mornings of the the 2 weeks we stayed, the house has Stunning mountain views that is breathtaking. I would recommend a car rental to get there as it is way up in the mountains but way worth it. 45 minutes from Porto city center and a 15 minute walk down to the river Douro. There is a charming village that a morning walk every day will make you feel like staying for good

Volveremos pronto. Todo muy equipado y cómodo. Muy contenta con mi estancia , la casa estaba super equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, comodidades y demás . Los dueños encantadores muy agradables y además teníamos una cesta de bienvenida al llegar .
