Meet Your Hosts 

Originally from Porto, where good food, strong wine, and even stronger opinions, life eventually led us to Luxembourg. What was supposed to be a short stay turned into 15 years of hard work, new perspectives, and a growing sense that one day, we'd find our way back home. 

Five years ago we packed our lives, traded the snow for sun, and followed our hearts back to Portugal and decided it was time to revive an old, forgotten family house. One filled with memories, charm, and a lot of potential under the dust. 

What followed was more than a renovation, it was a labor of love. Brick by brick, we brought life back into a place that once held our family's stories. And in doing so, we created something new: a rural retreat where guests can slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the kind of quiet that only nature can offer.

This house isn't just a project, it's a piece of our story. A place where comfort and simplicity live side by side, and where laughter, conversation, and a good glass of wine are always welcome.
